With all the pandemic situation going on and the work-from-home schedule which is going on, almost each and every hardworking person mind is taking a lot of stress.     1)Meditate




Meditation has endless benefits and relaxing your mind is one of those benefits. By Meditating for just 15 to 20 minutes, one can literally feel completely relaxed and fresh. Try it out, believe me, you wont regret it. 

     2)Ask for help



 One should never feel shy to ask for help. many people think that asking for help makes you look weak, but it ain't the truth. One should never hesitate to ask for help, getting helped out really takes stress off your mind.

     3)Keep a journal



 Keep a journal, yes, at beginning it may sound silly, but keeping everything in an organized way and knowing what all things are left to be done really helps in getting relieved of that huge ball of stress which we carry in our mind.

     4)Try to be active 




 Playing different kinds of games, being active and not lying around lazily is one of the best ways to get relieved of the mental stress. Do try it out, go and play !

     5)Talk to yourself kindly




 Talking to yourself may seem weird but once you start doing it, you will see the benefits almost immediately. It soothes your mind ,makes you feel less angry and even helps in stress management. So, do try it out !

READING AGATHA CHRISTIE'S "AND THEN THERE WERE NONE"

"AND THEN THERE WERE NONE " . .. If you are a fan of Agatha Christie and like her stories very much than you probably know this book which I am talking about( or writing about ). And since you are a fan of Agatha Christie I will presume that you had probably read one or more of Agatha Christie's books before reading this one. How could I , because before reading this book, the only author's books which I read were of Enid Blyton, and if you have ever read an Enid Blyton book, you probably know the difference in the level of their stories and you might be able to imagine the amount of joy and thrill which I got from reading '
