HOW CAN SOMEONE START TO DO A PUSH UP??

A push up is one of the most basic and beginning exercise is someone's fitness routine.Doing push ups greatly affects your body and your physique.


DOING YOUR FIRST PUSH UP

For many people doing push up is very difficult and most of them can't even perform a single pushup!

One of the basic necessities for doing a push up is to have a strong core.

For strengthening your core one of the basic exercises is to do something known as a plank. A plank is an exercise which greatly strengthens your core.

For performing a plank all you have to do is find a flat and soft surface and get to the following position




Try holding on to this position for as long as possible. Keep doing this every day until your reach a minimum duration of 60 seconds for holding onto this position.

After doing this, you have to do just one other thing known as incline pushups. Inclined push ups are push ups which look like this





Keep doing this type of push up, first from a very high level and then slowly lowering your height from the ground.


Do not get to a lower position until you have mastered the upper position.Keep doing such incline push ups for atleast two weeks until you finally get comfortable with the lowest height from the ground and then you will finally be able to perform your first PUSH UP.
